drinking and anxiety disorder

I've stood a weight problem all my life. My parents bought me "huskies" while I would definitely grammar school. I wasn't an incredibly active kid. My parents always provided 3 good meals for me daily. School lunches were actually nutritious in those days. They weren't anything as if they are now with pizza, tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, sweet sodas and many types of kinds of chips and desserts. I hear chips are the main course especially with school girls. Today's kids don't have the opportunity. My day like a website copywriter starts at 5:10 a.m. when my alarm automatically plays lively gospel music to inform me it's time to get started. I suppose I don't have to get up so early but my mental abilities are the most productive each morning and so the earlier I get started, the more good hours I have. The snooze feature is my mother by smacking the button maybe once or twice, it lulls me in to a false a sense security, making me think I'll buy one more second of quality sleep. Narcissists usually engage in a pursuit called "gaslighting". Gaslighting is really a type of emotional abuse the location where the abuser manipulates situations repeatedly to trick the victim into distrusting his personal memory and perceptions. It is an insidious way of abuse and yes it makes victims question the instincts that they have counted on their whole lives, causing them to be undecided about anything. Gaslighting causes it to be most likely that victims will believe whatever their abusers tell them regardless as to their own experience with the specific situation. It often precedes other sorts of emotional and physical abuse because the victim of gaslighting is more planning to be in other abusive situations too.
