Physical fitness as we know it today is miles from which it began. It began as simply survival then converted into preparation for war then began some very early competitive sports. Later it became philosophical since the body was admired for its beauty and strength. For a brief time, the main objective turned to preparation for war and after that it ventured into a medical standpoint as the great things about health and fitness came to light. Then we became sedentary and began to recognize the requirement for physical fitness in different ways. Thoughts on the other hand turned time for competitive sports and, next few centuries, evolved into the present day day revolution that people see and hear a lot about. Physical fitness has evolved in the centuries from basic survival to health awareness. What can perform to acquire fitter? I could talk about giving up smoking and reducing consumption of alcohol and eating healthier all of these would most likely make us fitter but I want to concentrate on getting fitter by exercise because it will likely be easier to visualise the concepts doing his thing.
