I go out for power walks everyday, I do weight lifting, I try to consume low calories foods (although I hate vegetables). I mean if you fail to visit 469 different forums per day and post the muscles building workout to acquire the approval from the majority the earth's population before going to the gym on that day how will you ever make progress?
