The workout aspect of the P90x lasts for 3 months. You work out for 6 days out of your week and go through 12 different DVDs, 1 DVD on a daily basis. On each disk, you are going to just have to do as instructed from the creator from the program Tony Horton. The exercises inside the program incorporate a combination of cardio workouts, blended with weight training exercises, particularly push ups, strength training and pullups.
