I've a weight problem all my life. My parents bought me "huskies" while I would grammar school. I wasn't a very active kid. My parents always provided 3 good meals personally daily. School lunches were actually nutritious in those days. They weren't anything like they are now with pizza, tacos, hamburgers, sausages, fried potatoes, sweet sodas and all forms of chips and desserts. I hear french fries would be the main course especially with school girls. Today's kids do not have the opportunity. What can perform to acquire fitter? I could talk about giving up smoking and reducing consumption of alcohol and eating healthier all of these would most likely make us fitter but I want to concentrate on getting fitter by exercise because it will likely be easier to visualise the concepts doing his thing.
