I've for ages been anyone to have a very set routine that keeps me organized as well as on track, but sometimes I find that I grow sick and tired of my routine and miss a much more 'in the moment' day. So it got me wondering if having a set routine is really healthy for people, or if we should be mixing up our daily routine using a healthy dose of inspiration. In other words, these particular battles only rage inside our heads and the great news is always that all of the weapons we have to achieve victory and control the situations facing us, can also be in the heads, minds, brains or whatever we perceive because the omnipotent force controlling our thoughts and actions.
