Today, I want to run through some of the usual thought processes and actions we are likely to adopt inside our efforts to acquire fitter. As a practical example, I wish to apply the principles I will be sharing along with you, within our battle to obtain fitter. Listening to music is very soothing for many people. Regardless of our culture and background people throughout the world want to listen to songs and sing along or hum the melodies. Music often puts things into perspective as it expresses emotion and strikes certain chords that we never knew existed. People react differently whenever they hear certain songs or beats of music. Ricky Martin is a Puerto Rican pop singer and actor who achieved prominence, first being a person in the Latin boy band Menudo, then as being a solo artist since 1991. He was given birth to in Hato Rey (Puerto Rico) USA on December 24, 1971. During his career he's sold a lot more than 60 million albums worldwide. He is the founder of Ricky Martin Foundation (in Spanish Fundaci?n Ricky Martin), a non-profit charity organization. While acting in Mexico, Martin was signed to Sony Discos, the company's Latin imprint, in 1990. In the past Martin stated he was at love with Mexican TV host Rebecca de Alba, with whom he'd an off-and-on-again relationship for more than 14 years.
