I've for ages been anyone to have a very set routine that keeps me organized as well as on track, but sometimes I find that I grow sick and tired of my routine and miss a much more 'in the moment' day. So it got me wondering if having a set routine is really healthy for people, or if we should be mixing up our daily routine using a healthy dose of inspiration. I've visit the realization that there are some definite advantages and disadvantages of creating a routine. Makeup, manicuring, eye brow waxing and plucking, tanning, women's high heel sandals, teeth correction and highlighting-- we have been talking about preparing for a wedding, right? No, we are referring to preparing a kid for any beauty pageant. You heard it right. They put false teeth in if a young child loses your baby tooth before a competition; they highlight their hair and wax their eyebrows. Worse yet, they defend it. I've a weight problem all my life. My parents bought me "huskies" while I would grammar school. I wasn't an incredibly active kid. My parents always provided 3 good meals for me daily. School lunches were actually nutritious back then. They weren't anything like now with pizza, tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried potatoes, sweet sodas and types of chips and desserts. I hear fried potatoes would be the main course especially with school girls. Today's kids do not have a possibility. The woodwind section will glare at the drummers. The brass section sticks their noses in the air at them. And then they move out around the field 1 day with no drum line and guess what happens? No one can march for the life of them. No one can keep their steps. Lines are squiggling back and forth. Formations that were once crisp and defined have become sluggish and bloated looking. That perfectly formed capital 'O' this guitar rock band worked so hard on yesterday now resembles a half-hearted 'U'. What is wrong with everybody? Listening to music is very soothing for many people. Regardless of our culture and background people throughout the world want to listen to songs and sing along or hum the melodies. Music often puts things into perspective as it expresses emotion and strikes certain chords that we never knew existed. People react differently whenever they hear certain songs or beats of music. The bulk of your philosophy of our life is formed within the first seven a lot of your childhood. Then you have another influential period involving the mid teens in the early twenties. From that point on most people make little change until they are 40 or 50 plus when many people will begin to reassess their philosophy.
