You want to lose fat. You need to eat and you should enjoy eating, exactly why feel guilty? What does guilt achieve anyway? It's not as when the guilty feelings have prevented you against eating; guilt is just experienced whilst actually eating food or after consuming. Guilt achieves nothing besides causing you to feel sick about eating. This picture amazingly captures the think layer of clouds in the valley at the south of Lake Como, northern Italy. In the above image, the dense cloud hides almost the valley and instead gives off some artificial lights which make town such as an opaque blanket. The village over distance is clearly seen out from the blanket. If you think that avoiding drinking throughout the workweek but spending an evening in the party at weekend drinking a lot is not any matter, your idea is not true. You can consume over 1,000 calories from drinking (wine, beer, soda, etc) and eating (chicken wings, pizzas, peanuts, etc). It means you will get extra unexpected pounds. Long before there have been machines to work out on and competitive sports to stay moving and before wars were being fought, man didn't think about conditioning as a way of keeping healthy. He simply knew if he didn't hunt, he wouldn't eat if he didn't run, something would hunt him. They were a down economy that focused simply on survival.
