I've a weight problem all my life. My parents bought me "huskies" while I would grammar school. I wasn't an incredibly active kid. My parents always provided 3 good meals for me daily. School lunches were actually nutritious back then. They weren't anything like now with pizza, tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, fried potatoes, sweet sodas and types of chips and desserts. I hear fried potatoes would be the main course especially with school girls. Today's kids do not have a possibility. Physical fitness to be sure it today is miles where it began. It began as simply survival then become preparation for war then began some very early competitive sports. Later it became philosophical since the body was admired for the beauty and strength. For a brief time, the main objective turned returning to preparation for war and then it looked to a medical standpoint because important things about fitness and health came to light. Then we became sedentary and begun to recognize the requirement of physical fitness in other ways. Thoughts nonetheless turned returning to competitive sports and, in the next few centuries, evolved into the current day revolution that people see and hear a great deal about. Physical fitness has evolved in the centuries from basic survival to health awareness. "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth in the dragon, out from the mouth with the beast, and out with the mouth with the false prophet. Rev. 16:13,14. (It's the battle of Armaggedon - [see verse 16], that involves the worlds leaders [vs 14] and comes about after time, as Jesus announces He is planning to return [see vs 15]). The EGR system routes a number of the exhaust gases (6 ? 10%) through the EGR valve, back in for the Intake System, and finally inside combustion chamber. The exhaust gases are inert i.e. they do not burn inside the combustion chamber; also, the exhaust gases occupy a few of the space which may otherwise be taken from the intake air. This cuts down on level of intake air readily available for the combustion process during each Power Stroke; which often decreases the peak combustion temperatures. This ends in lower NOx emissions.
