Comedian and radio personality Patrice O'Neal died at 41 with a New York-area hospital on Tuesday morning because of a stroke he suffered back in October after having a long battle with diabetes. Patrice O'Neal is survived by his wife, Vondecarlo Brown, his stepdaughter, Aymilyon, his sister, Zinder, and the mother, Georgia. The Oscar winner Halle Berry along with the Canadian model Gabriel Aubry have dated since late 2005 and welcomed the daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry in 2008. However, after their split up in April 2010, there's a surprisingly nasty custody battle within the 3-year-old daughter Nahla. While Halle blasted the model being an unfit parent, Aubry claimed that Halle never was around her daughter.
