Food preservation involves treating and handling food with the idea to greatly slow or stop spoilage that caused or accelerated by micro-organisms. Preservation normally involves preventing the development of fungi, bacteria along with other micro-organisms, along with the oxidation of fats which the cause rancidity. However, many ways of preservation actually use benign fungi, yeasts or bacteria to preserve food and add specific qualities, by way of example wines or cheeses. My present teacher will be the least experienced as being a teacher and I find difficult she will not correct us to enhance our poses and our posture. This is a restorative class where I go now to gradually get back after my back problem. Her sequencing along with the structure with the class is very inconsistent.
