Once you have your railroad theme, track shape and size in your mind it is a great idea to have a scale-sized track plan in front of you while you work. I have used both full-sized track plans from your CAD system and scale sized track plans. The full size track plans work great on substantial layouts, but I'm not sure these are really worth the pain of learning problematic laptop or computer to create smaller layouts. Scale sized track plans work all right, say 1 inch = 1 foot.
3. Bad Cyclists - To those on bicycles who feel a feeling of entitlement, even though operating bike/automobile share lanes, to execute dangerous cutting off of buses, racing around buses because they depart bus stops, and even driving the whole centre of the lane just to decrease transit buses, I say, not very bright even as outweigh you by at the very least thirty thousand pounds!
