Breakfast - My day always starts off with a shake. This will normally contain rice, pea or hemp protein, or some blend of these. I blend 30-40 grams of protein in 8oz of organic coconut milk and 8-12 oz water. I also blend in a banana, mixed frozen berries, a tablespoon of cacao nibs, and two tablespoons maca powder, that is tremendous for increased testosterone production and virility. This shake is utterly delicious.
