When talking about safety, you can't fully say a motorcycle rider is safer when compared to a car driver and the other way round. Both cars and motorcycle are motor-driven, and both of them are dangerous and risky you should definitely use properly. In other words, both cars and motorcycle are certainly not safe at all.
