According to recent news from Bloomberg, the manufacturing company, Audi, is readying a purchase order of the Italian company Ducati to the sum of $1.1 billion. This sum includes all debt that the company previously acquired. The deal had been in talks and can likely be approved by tomorrow. A source in addition has stated that Ducati's debt is well below 200 euros that will show to be a fantastic upgrade on Audi once all is final.
