California houses some of the biggest Hollywood stars and professional sport teams like the San Francisco 49ers (NFL), Los Angeles Kings (NHL) and of course the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) who won their 16th NBA Finals this season by defeating the Boston Celtics (Lakers won 4 games -Boston won 3 games). The Los Angeles Lakers doesn’t always win finals consecutively but what’s appear to be consecutive is the riots in California’s jails and prisons, especially Folsom State Prison.
With an invincible team, the team's ability to draw on each other's strengths and collaborate with each other can create a good team, so it is the "three cobblers who have the best". In a team, each member has their own strengths and weaknesses. As a member of the team should be actively looking for team members' strengths and positive qualities, if each member of the team, have the initiative to find the positive qualities of other members, the team cooperation will be very smooth, will improve work efficiency. Team spirit highest state "do not abandon, do not give up".
One of my earliest cases like a private agent involved a series of auto repair shops where managers at some shops were suspected of pocketing cash payments from customers.
