There are many factors to evaluate but I love to keep things quick and easy. Choose varieties which might be perennial for the growing zone and thus will require less maintenance. However, be cautious about some fast growing perennials because once they get established and growing they may be sometimes impossible to prevent.
Epoxy adhesives could be good. This is the most powerful glues. Such is sold with respect to the curing time. Some are very fast (dry by 50 % to three minutes) and slow curing (over one hour). We must analyze our project to learn which to pick. Also you always need both, since for small rc car areas it is rather tedious to always wait a long time, while for large surfaces, it is impossible to glue fully before it hardens.
