A hard reset basically resets certain parameters of one's iPod returning to default. You will not lose your music and other files. However, some of the settings may reset. The time and date for the iPod will probably be preserved, unless your iPod may be completely drained of all battery then reconnected to power. In that case, you may lose time and date settings. Your other settings, such as bookmarks, playlists, timers, etc. will probably be preserved in the last time you used your iPod.
You can ride around traffic jams and present filling stations the cold shoulder when you ride an electric power assist bicycle to be effective after which pedal home for exercise. To charge a power assist bicycle cost about ten cents. That charge is going to take you as much as 20 miles. That's like paying ten cents per gallon for gas. If we ever have gas shortages, such as the seventies throughout the Arab oil embargo, your power assist bicycle will give you the best way to get around.

It's very fast, sounds great, great radio reception (it replaced an Alpine that had buttons that eradicated...it's hooked to a very elaborate system. Dynaudio speakers, Diamond audio sub infinite baffle inside a custom rear deck, Rockford 360.2 processor/eq.) 1. Steering controls work perfect each and every time. 2. Radio: shows song info adequately around the stations I tune in to in Florida...was very pleased to determine that. My Alpine didn't. 3. Has an iPod cable that connects to the back in the unit and it is cost my glove box...I haven't tried it. It also has 2 USB cables from the back this run for the glove box. I have all my music on the USB stick. When you go back for the home screen the song name and album art show while it's playing. It looks great. 4. Haven't streamed music by Bluetooth. Will try some soon. Interface looks good and is very quickly switching derived from one of source to an alternative. 5. It has all these USB and iPod inputs, plus has 2 micro SD slots for the front...one for GPS and the other for whatever music/video you desire. In summary, VERY happy with this particular purchase. This has been easily my favorite mod to my car...looks great, works great, really helps to make the car more modern and provides lots of options for entertainment in the vehicle.
