Access control is really a system enabling authorities to manipulate access to areas and resources in a very given physical facility or computer-based information system. Access control is, in fact, a common, everyday phenomenon. For example, a lock over a car door it's essentially a kind of access control. The PIN on the bank's ATM system is another type of access control. Even nightclub bouncers, standing in front of a door, are another example of (perhaps) an even more primitive mode of access control. Peugeot began its reign in motorsports since the start with the entering five cars for your Paris-Rouen Trials in 1894.
