The Tokyo motor show is a relatively short history of the five major auto shows, known as the "Asian car weathervane", which was founded in the 1950s and was held in the autumn of the last century. The Tokyo motor show is the largest international motor show in Asia. The first international auto show began in 1954. Tokyo has a deeper impact on the world car market and is of greater importance to the Asian auto market. The exhibition, held in chiba prefecture, near Tokyo, Japan, offers a variety of electronic 3d display equipment that gives visitors a sense of "vertigo". The Tokyo auto show in 1999 set a world record of 1.4 million visitors and saw its excitement. Compared with other major western auto shows, the Japanese auto show has more Asian Oriental charm. Japanese manufacturers have a number of small, elegant, high-end cars that can be the main character of the auto show. The Tokyo auto show takes turns showing cars and commercial vehicles each year, and the 2003 Tokyo auto show focuses on commercial cars and motorcycles. The Tokyo motor show has a distinctive feature: a variety of small, diverse cars from Japan's local carmakers have traditionally been the main actors in the show. Mercedes-Benz automobiles were first affecting market in 1901 by Daimler Motoren Gesellschaft, a German company. The very first vehicles which bore the Mercedes manufacturer were produced commercially in 1926 pursuing the merging of two of the biggest automobile manufacturers of these time, Karl Benz and in addition Gottlieb Daimler to produce the Daimler Benz Company.
