According to recent news from Bloomberg, the manufacturing company, Audi, is readying a purchase with the Italian company Ducati for that sum of $1.1 billion. This sum includes all debt how the company previously acquired. The deal has already been in talks and definately will likely be approved by tomorrow. A source has additionally stated that Ducati's debt is well below 200 euros which will prove to be an excellent buy for Audi once all is final.
