In order to motivate the team spirit, the prerequisite is to organize a good team first. A good team is not casually to members together, but to achieve a common goal, to determine the characteristics of team members, organize a good team, but the key to motivate team cooperation spirit and the starting point. Background: In 1960, TELCO [now known as Tata Motors] finalized a legal contract with Daimler Benz AG of Germany for manufacturing trucks in India. Telco stood a seven-year contract with Daimler Benz. Those models were created in World War II, which trucks were robust. The real cause of bad service records was excessive overloading from the trucks. Our main roads and x-country roads were in an exceedingly bad state.
