Unfortunately, there is a issue with alloy wheels. While they do look good and run smoothly, they're also softer and much less durable than steel wheels. Many can be found in several parts also, that makes the challenge worse. They might be damaged easily, and replacement wheels can be extremely expensive. Replacing a damaged wheel may be the safest and most efficient solution to the issue, but why would you need to replace a wheel that is only slightly damaged? Alloy wheels may be repaired, as well as a repair will be a lot cheaper than an alternative.
