An important feature of efficient teams is that team members trust each other. In other words, team members trust each other's character, personality, characteristics, and ability to work. This trust can create highly trusted interactive energy within the team, which will give the team members a willingness to give, trust the team's goals and pay their own responsibility and passion. If you don't trust anyone, you can't accept anyone. According to the principle of interaction, you don't trust others, and people don't trust you. Instead, you treat people in a frank and friendly way, and the other person tends to treat you the same way. Trust is the motivation to build a team. It is also a high level of confidence in the ability of the team members. One of my earliest cases like a private agent involved a series of auto repair shops where managers at some shops were suspected of pocketing cash payments from customers. The owner also suspected that some employees were sneaking into a few of the shops shortly before bedtime after the business was closed and were using company facilities, tools, and diagnostic equipment, to function on friend?s cars. “We are a trade specialist so all retail enquiries and enquiries from smaller independent installers are handled by our customers, which means they are sharing directly in the success of our campaign.”
